Use this worry diary as a structured space to decant your worries onto paper helping your mind move from rumination to reflection. Then classify the worries as either practical or hypothetical. Practical worries are rooted in situations, tasks and responsibilites. They are generally in your control and lead to an action (for example, worrying about whether or not you would pass an exam). The hypothetical worries are rooted in posibilities rather than actual events. These types of worries are not in your control, thus do not lead to any action (for example, what if something goes wrong).
