Our Work

At Tranquille Therapy, we like to keep things simple. We believe mental health resources should be educational yet easy to understand. You won’t find any complicated jargon here — we’ve simplified the fundamental principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other psychological modalities; and created resources to help you build confidence, resilience and improve your mental health and well-being.

Our Story

Antoinette’s drive to inspire and support people was born from her own experiences. She was a long-term carer for a close family member with a mental illness. 

She was inspired to help others, so pursued a career in mental health. She completed two masters and trained in CBT Therapy,  Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She now works as a Deputy Clinical Lead in a Talking Therapies Service & Psychotherapist in her private practice. 

Antoinette is known for her caring devotion, zeal, and her get it done attitude. Over the years, she has devoted her career to supporting people through their personal challenges and empowering them to achieve their potential.

Through her ups and downs and personal achievements—she was inspired to start her own brand. Tranquille Therapy and all its products are rooted in her overcoming, resilience and the lessons she learned on her journey.
